Shipping

Common Interests ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, the EU, and the rest of the world.

Delivery Time:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery within 1-3 working days.

  • EU & Rest of the World: Delivery times vary by destination. You will be informed of the estimated delivery time during checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • The Netherlands: Free shipping

  • Belgium: Free shipping

  • European Union: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

  • Rest of the World: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs are excluding duties and taxes.
As per international laws regulating commerce and trade of imports and exports, all Common Interests orders are shipped out of the Netherlands with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

Track & Trace
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

 

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Common Interests Clo. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your item under the conditions below.

Returns Conditions 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Sale items or personalized products cannot be returned.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@commoninterestsclo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive detailed return instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item in good condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or color? Please mention this in your return request. We will reserve the new item (if available) once your return has been received.
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
